1. Why is drinking hydrogen-rich water recommended?
Hydrogen water is a strong antioxidant. It controls – Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Arthritis etc. Hydrogen water rapidly gets absorbed and improves muscle fatigue after acute exercise. It is also anti-inflammatory and anti-aging.
2. How much hydrogen water should I drink in a day?
It is generally beneficial to drink at least 8 glasses of normal water per day. If you are not drinking a lot of water every day, start out by drinking 3 to 4 glasses of hydrogen water per day (approx. 1 litre) and gradually increase your water intake.
3. What is ORP?
ORP stands for Oxidation Reduction Potential and it is measured in millivolts. Water with negative ORP of -800 mV hydrogen water relates to healthy antioxidant water. All beverages and drinks have positive ORP.
4. Can I prepare hydrogen water with reverse osmosis water?
Conventional alkalizers cannot prepare hydrogen water in Low TDS city water, say with TDS of 50 ppm, but Dvine H2O is the perfect product which has inbuilt RO and can prepare hydrogen water from any source of water
5. Can I store hydrogen water in the refrigerator? How long does it stay ionized?
It is best to consume Dvine H2O hydrogen water when it is highly active and at the immediate “point of use”, after which you may carry it in a clean bottle. However it is to be noted that the antioxidant properties of hydrogen water will reduce over time.
6. Are all the health benefits of hydrogen water true?
Yes, for all the above health benefits of hydrogen water there are scientific references available.

7. Does alkaline ionized water and hydrogen water taste different?
Yes, depending on the adequacy of natural mineral content in the purified water, the alkalizer may add some more minerals, in both RO mode and Non RO mode. Alkaline water does not bare a specific flavor or taste but it may taste different from the original tap water.
8. Can I use alkaline water to take my medication?
Do not take medication with alkaline ionized water as it penetrates the cells in our body much more quickly. It is expected that, most of the medicines are meant to be dissolved in your body after some time for it to show results. However, you can drink the purified water (pH 7) from the water purifier with your medication.
9. What exactly is ionized water?
In an Ionizer or Electrolyzer cell, water is passed over positive and negative electrodes. Here the water is split into various charged ionic components, specifically into alkaline water and acidic water as it passes through the membranes.

No, alkaline water is harmless and is effective in controlling acid reflux in human body. In fact, alkaline water is beneficial for all your digestive disorders. Thus, alkaline water will never cause ill-health or lead to any other illness whatsoever. There are several scientific papers which reveal real health benefits of consuming alkaline water.
Other genuine reasons for acidity in bowels could be due to,

How is alkalizer cell cleaned in Dvine H2O?
Cleaning of alkalizer cell is done with a cleaning kit after 6 months of usage. This activity can be performed on the spot at the customer location. This can be completed within less than 30 minutes.
What would be the effect of high CO2 with low pH (5 to 6) content found in your water?
All alkalizer machines will not perform efficiently and deliver desired pH values of alkaline and hydrogen water if there is high content of CO2 in your source water.
What is the solution/remedy for high CO2 content in your raw water?
Ion Exchange has discovered a unique cartridge ALKARE- a special cartridge which neutralizes CO2 related acidity thereby correcting inlet water to desired specifications.
What could be the reasons for choking of pre-filtration?
If your inlet pressure is less than 0.5 kg there is a possibility of frequent choking of pre-filter.
Please ensure that minimum 0.5 kg pressure is available for connecting/installation of Hydrolife machine.
